Went and picked up wedding cake via costa. Also bought fans for the morning of wedding as the house is hot. Pocked up wedding favours and really not happy with them. Dashing about trying yo change them.,coo on wealth opening night and friend part if ceremony.

Drank a whole bottle of rose wine however didn't have that much to eat. Drove to parents and got flowers finalised, marriage certificate and dad tried on kilt.

I was 10.11 this morning! Can't believe it. I'm driving to my parents tomorrow so after it will be their scales which weigh me in heavier I'll have to use. I've went overt points this week by about 50pp

Day 14 (56-4). 52pp 4 miles
Not a great day but I could if been a lot worse. Oh asked if I wanted anything when he was heading to shop this morning. I wanted to say " pastry for a coffee" but instead I said. 2 pink lady apples. I'm loving them with chopped dates as a snack. Lunch wasn't great as I'm trying to use what's in. Toastie with cheddar, sundried tomato and pesto . I nearly made a side salad with a big dollop of mayo but decided to just eat as it was. Dinner was made by the oh with salmon he brought from stornoway. Lemon rissoto and pan fried salmon. This was heavy on the points. Followed this by daim cake. I could of had cream on side but I didn't . My wiser choices saved around 13 pp

Really had a notion for a good curry tonight do we got an Indian. No naan or pakora just poppadoms and I had half a tray of boiled rice. Was at hairdresser today and walked about a mile in town which I haven't added onto mileage. Had a cheeky subway for lunch. My snack was really nice dates with apple. Good combo as these dates are really sweet .

Day 9 11.2 Not the best start to the week (46-5)41pp.
Went for a swim this morning. Swam 52 lengths. Had a scan this afternoon and I had to drink a pint of fluid before fans so I had green tea on the way. Only walked 1 mile. Was ok today diary from the pringles At night .

So went for a business mans lunch at the Indian . Walked to waitrose and had a coffee and a not worth the calories donut. Had 3 massive cointrea sand cranberry and a wee snack if cheese and pickles. Very bad. I'd been doing quite well this week too! I'm 62 pp over weekly allowance lol.

That's a greggs Mexican oval bite for lunch but I ate it before taking a picture as I was locked out of my parents house where I'd left my mobile. Really hot day. Went to see a friend in hospital as she had a baby last month and he's in the baby care unit. After dinner I had. 4 small glasses of wine. My muscles were so dire this morning with the uphill walks the last two nights. Had a break tonight.

In Glasgow to meet mum after work again. Had a hair trial . Went to john Lewis for lunch and got a prawn baguette. Had baked potato and tuna for dinner in the back garden followed by a meringue nest with cream and fruit.

Was actually really good today. . Went into Glasgow and met my mum after work ended up buying loads. Bought tips from oasis, a straw hat, beach dress, chunky codtume jewellery etc. had a beef thai salad for lunch. My mum ended up with no lunch as the sandwich she ordered had to be taken back. Went and tried dress on again. Fits perfect so it's away to get steamed. Had homemade paella for dinner and a small glass of wine. Went a tough 6 mile walk with my dad then a short 1.5 mile with the dog. Finished the night with some rooibos tea!

I was 11.1 this morning , 11.2 yesterday morning. Drive to parents today. Had two small glasses if wine.

This no coffee , jelly for dessert thing is too restricted for me and the reason I rebel on diets. I got stuck into peanut butter last night ( didn't photograph it but Pointed it) so I'm going to just add green and rooibos tea and jelly to my normal diet rather than replace other things.

20 days to diet! Day 1 9miles
Aaaah I only have 20 days to watch what I'm eating! I have went wild since Wednesday when we had friends for dinner then my bridesmaid came up this weekend and we had , cider, presie co, dominos , crisis, bar lunch etc. we have decided to both get into green tea, detox tea and rooibos tea in the run up. No alcohol or coffee! Going to try and skip desserts during the week and have jelly instead. I will weigh in Tommorrow morning and start pointing properly from then. I was 11.4 yesterday and I ate and drank loads last night . My aim is to try and walk 10 miles a day. I really want to be 10.10. I have a dress fitting on Wednesday night!
