Aaaah I only have 20 days to watch what I'm eating! I have went wild since Wednesday when we had friends for dinner then my bridesmaid came up this weekend and we had , cider, presie co, dominos , crisis, bar lunch etc. we have decided to both get into green tea, detox tea and rooibos tea in the run up. No alcohol or coffee! Going to try and skip desserts during the week and have jelly instead. I will weigh in Tommorrow morning and start pointing properly from then. I was 11.4 yesterday and I ate and drank loads last night . My aim is to try and walk 10 miles a day. I really want to be 10.10. I have a dress fitting on Wednesday night!
